                        BELEN RAPADA ESPOSO (a k a.Shy Lhen Esposo) is an Overseas Filipino Worker in Singapore since 2008 up to the present. Born on November 22,1975 in Barangay San Antonio Cabangan Zambales Philippines.A single parent of five children and two foster children who are now fully grownups.  Belen Esposo has studied and completed he courses and Trainings here in Singapore during her Off-days these are:  Nursing Aide Caregiver babysitting and elderly care in 2011 Basic Aromatherapy in 2012 Basic Cosmetology in 2013 Taekwondo 2014 Advance Baking 2017 Basic Guitar Lesson(incompleted)  in FOWS (Filipino Overseas Workers of  Singapore) at Bayanihan Centre, Pasir Panjang Rd. Singapore.  FOWS Bayanihan Being a  foreign domestic worker, wasn't  easy for Shy Lhen to be far and away from her loved ones. Simple tips on how to minimize the risk of getting infected during this pandemic

There's nothing should be safer than staying at home, yet going out  for some errands for our basic daily needs is a necessary . Here are my simple tips on how to minimize the risk  Of getting infected during this pandemic. • Trains/buses handle bars     Try as much as possible not to hold these handles Which we all know, it's  public transport where numbers of commuters been touching/holding and practice safe  distance .do not touch your face .  • Grocery baskets / Carts  If you're buying only few, I suggest you to bring your own cart or shopping /eco/ bag (I suggest washable ones) Just imagine how many People using those carts/baskets ,can you imagine too how many bacteria was being transmitted ?   • And for choosing grocery items  buy and take what you want or need, as I have mentioned above , Could be Hundreds of people been touching the items as well just by keep on choosing  Nobody knows if the previous person who touched the items may or may n
